Butterfly Task

My daughter and I worked on the Butterfly project together. She is a natural born artist and she painted me the most beautiful butterflies when she was still in high school. So, when I read the task... I just had to have her recreate them for it! What do you think?

The pictures just do not do the colors justice... they are so vivid and bright. My daughter designed and drew them and I mounted them onto foam board and cut them out... team effort.

Hope you like them!

Hi, this is Katta again... I wanted to ask if I might maybe possibly perhaps be allowed to read your family blog, please? I know it's closed 'to keep the weirdos out', but I promise I'm one of the good weirdos =)

Tammy!!
The butterflies arrived TODAY, in perfect condition.

I will admit that the eyes kind of freaked me out on the computer screen, but in person, they are GORGEOUS!!!!!

You and your DD did an amazing job.
....AND you did a great job packing them.
Keep up the GREAT work!

Thanks Susan! I wish we had had time to make more, but dd is moving to Alaska! I enjoyed working with her on this project... kinda of a last mother/daughter thing.
